Over 25 years of flooring expertise, run with family values at heart
Rob began his career in flooring back in 1997—starting in a warehouse at a carpet shop. Under the guidance of experienced fitters, he quickly honed his craft and went self-employed in 1999. Since then, Rob’s built a reputation for his dependable, high-quality installations.
Laura joined the business in 2018. With a strong professional background in construction and engineering sales as an Area Sales Manager, she initially managed the bookkeeping and administrative side of the business. Over time, Laura took on measuring, quoting, and now handles everything from customer relationships to supplier liaison and smooth behind-the-scenes operations.
As Laura likes to say, “Rob does the physical work—and I do the real work.”
In November 2023, they moved to the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds and have continued their work in Suffolk. Today, Rob and Laura combine their skills, experience, and personal touch to deliver flooring services that last and impress.
